Aarambh Day 5

On the last day of the induction program Aarambh 2022, the new joinees across all branches of The Heritage Fraternity gathered to learn more about the school's history and vision. The participants got an opportunity to interact with the co-founder of The Heritage group of schools, Mr Manit Jain, and share their questions, reflections, and thoughts about The Heritage Dharmas and guiding principles and how they can translate the same into the classroom.
Later on, Mr Vishnu Karthik, CEO of Xperiential Learning Systems, spoke to the participants about the experiential approach to learning and the future of technology in education. The day culminated with a presentation designed to familiarise the participants with the various organisations that are part of The Heritage community as well as the core policies of the school.

Aarambh day 3 & 4

Module 3 of Aarambh 2022 took place virtually over two days, 30th June and 1st July 2022. The participants were provoked to think about what good teaching looks like, what is the definition of an adaptive school, and how educators contribute to the building of a forward thinking community.
Reflecting on the norms that nurture collaboration, the participants learnt how progressive schools function and how Professional Learning Communities lay the foundation of exemplary teaching practices.
